Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the property details you provide, including bedrooms, bathrooms, suburb, access conditions, and selected add-ons. A quote request does not lock a booking time until we confirm availability with you.

Scope of service

Standard end of lease cleaning includes the checklist described on our landing page. Optional extras such as balconies, blinds, wall washing, fridge cleaning, and other add-ons are billed separately when selected or later requested.

Access, parking, and condition

You must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time. If paid parking, restricted building access, heavy build-up, mould, nicotine residue, construction debris, or unexpected site conditions require extra time, we will confirm any change before work starts.

Payments and changes

Payment timing and method are confirmed during booking. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible so we can work with the next available slot. Urgent or same-day requests depend on live availability.

Guarantee and limitations

Our bond-back promise is governed by the Bond-Back Guarantee Policy. The service does not cover repairs, maintenance, pest control, or damage that is not a cleaning issue.
