Bond-Back Guarantee Policy

What the guarantee covers

If your agent or property manager flags cleaning items that fall within the original end of lease cleaning scope, we will return for a targeted re-clean at no additional cleaning charge.

Re-clean window

Re-clean requests must be raised within 48 hours of the final inspection or key handover outcome. Please send the exit report, agent comments, or clear photos so we can confirm the affected items quickly.

What is excluded

The guarantee does not apply to fair wear and tear, damage, maintenance defects, pest issues, pre-existing deterioration, or items not included in the booked scope. It also does not cover new dirt or issues caused after the clean has been completed.

Access and response

You must provide reasonable access for the re-clean. If the property is reoccupied, altered, or unavailable, the guarantee may not be workable within the original terms.

Relationship to the booking

This policy works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The guarantee is a re-clean commitment, not a promise to reimburse unrelated costs, rent, bond disputes outside cleaning scope, or third-party fees.
